Did anyone else hear a loud crack?

Got lucky during my "one solo kill in every frigate" challenge. Fit a Griffin in Dodixie, booted up OBS, undocked in Old Man Star, and immediately found a Catalyst.

Out soloing and noticed some nice space dust.
